Antioxidants Overview
Antioxidants are highly diverse - in source, effect, and use. Technically, they are substances that prevent or inhibit oxidation, and they can be found in hundreds of naturally occurring substances and forms.

The study of antioxidants forms a Core Scientific Focus at Brunswick Laboratories. This is demonstrated by our early collaboration with Dr. Ronald Prior at the USDA, our ongoing research of the characteristics and effects of antioxidants, and our growing antioxidant testing program for leading food and nutrition companies.

Brunswick Laboratories will continue to expand its efforts in the science of antioxidants and the application of its findings to improved health.
